Each of the six apartments is designed to provide a unique experience. The lattices, opened at strategic points, balance privacy and connection with nature. The balcony-terraces, dynamically arranged around each unit, allow residents to choose the ideal space according to their preferences and needs.
Typology
One Space, One Different Emotion
Amaranth seeds serve as inspiration for the lattices, replicating their unique color and geometry. As the lattices fade away, they reveal the main structure, whose hues evoke the beauty of the plant’s flower. Pigmented concrete, chukum, and wood are the main materials, bringing durability, simplicity, and sophistication to each space.
