Location
Valsequillo Lagoon, Puebla
Area
225.75 m2

Designed to be built in stages, in conjunction with a demanding architectural program, the home is defined by its strong nature, with generous spaces and elements designed to invite discovery: captivating corners, unexpected paths and textures that awaken the senses. Inspired by industrial design, the house reflects a harmony between practicality and a robust and authentic aesthetic.
Concept

The project includes a bio-pool with natural filtration as its central axis, surrounded by outdoor areas for relaxation and socialising: sunbathing area, hammocks, barbecue, outdoor dining area and firepit. In addition, future spaces are planned such as a gym, studio and bungalow for visitors, while the lower part of the land will house the kennels, the wine cellar and a lounge-terrace with panoramic views.
Typology

Brick walls, stone exteriors, exposed concrete floors and natural stuccos create a simple and honest palette that defines the character of the project. The prestressed concrete joists used in the vaulted ceilings not only provide protection from the western sun, but also create a fluid transition between the interior spaces, the garden and the lagoon, reinforcing the connection between design and environment.
