Located on the Champs Elysees, this apartment tower is the result of a careful planning process and multiple studies that defined its distinctive character. From the beginning, a structural analysis was integrated that allowed for an innovative design: only eight exoskeletal columns support the entire building, completely freeing up the 504 m² floors in each apartment. This solution offers residents the freedom to personalize their space, adapting it to their needs, in a project that reaches 22 residential levels and a social level intended for recreation.
Efficiency also marks the proposal, maximizing the parking area with the implementation of two car lifts, achieving up to four spaces per unit. The tour begins with an imposing double-height lobby, where a glass window visually connects both streets, generating an atmosphere of spaciousness and lightness. The choice of materials, such as black granite, white marble and exposed concrete, provides texture and sophistication, becoming the hallmark of the building.
