The Textile Factory, founded in 1835 and operating until 1991, is entering a new phase with an architectural and restoration project led by Dr. Pérez de Salazar. In collaboration with the Government of Puebla and Fundación Azteca, it is being transformed into the National Headquarters of the Esperanza Azteca Symphony Orchestras and Choirs. The process is supervised by the INAH to ensure the preservation of one of the most significant historical buildings in Mexico. Among its contributions, the creation of a museum stands out, which houses a large part of the original machinery found in the building, honoring its industrial past.

The project also includes the publication of a book by Fomento Cultural Grupo Salinas, which documents the history of the place, the architectural design process and the evolution of the Esperanza Azteca National Symphony Project. As a cultural complement, the complex houses the first museum outside Austria of the Vienna House of Music, consolidating itself as a unique space where art, history and music come together.
