We received an exciting invitation to participate in an internationally renowned festival, an event that celebrates creativity and connection with nature. The challenge: to design a thematic garden in the iconic Chapultepec Botanical Garden, a space that combines history, biodiversity and culture. Here, architects and landscapers from around the world come together to present unique proposals that reinvent the way we experience green spaces.
The theme is "Medicinal Plants," and our proposal takes the visitor on an ascending spiral journey, like a sensory labyrinth where each turn reveals natural remedies depending on the ailment. To honor our roots, we use traditional materials, highlighting the tecorral as the star element that combines functionality and artisanal charm. A journey to heal body and soul with Mexican style!
