The largest logistics park in Mexico: a benchmark for design and sustainability.
Located in a highly important supply node in the centre of the country, this project involves the construction of eight industrial warehouses designed to meet the growing demand for storage and distribution. Two imposing side heads in each warehouse function as adaptable administrative areas, while the storage areas are characterised by slender columns with a 54-metre separation between axes and heights of twelve metres on the sides and fifteen metres in the centre, providing flexible spaces under the "Built to Suit" model.
The use of prefabricated elements in both the warehouses and the administrative areas, together with a thorough analysis of the site and an efficient design, allowed the construction of this complex in record time. The careful execution and optimal use of resources not only met the highest standards of functionality, but also achieved LEED certification, making this logistics park a model of efficiency, sustainability and architectural excellence.
